Your information

Privacy information

Rolling Flames Pizza respects your privacy. This page explains how we use information for enquiries, bookings and invoices, and about services used by this website.

Contacting us

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you provide, including your name, email address, event date, location, guest count and message. We use them to respond to your request and discuss your event. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in your message.

For catering enquiries and quotes, our basis for using the information is generally that it is needed to take steps you request before a potential contract.

Bookings and invoices

If you book with us, we also use the information needed to arrange and provide your event, contact you and issue invoices. This may include your contact details, event arrangements and payment or invoice records. We do not use these details for marketing.

We use the information needed to carry out our agreement with you and keep financial records where required by law.

Services used by the website

We use Web3Forms to process and deliver form enquiries, and hCaptcha to help protect the form against spam. These services receive information needed to provide their functions. Web3Forms operates from India and may process your information outside the UK. Its privacy policy and data processing agreement describe the safeguards it uses for international transfers.

The website also requests Google Fonts, public event information from Google Calendar and a food hygiene rating badge from the Food Standards Agency. When your browser connects to these services, they may receive technical information such as your IP address.

Keeping your information

We aim to delete enquiries that do not become bookings after six months. We keep booking and financial records for as long as needed to manage the booking and meet applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. To ask about a specific enquiry or booking, please contact us.

Your rights and questions

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or exercise other data protection rights. To make a request or ask a question, email office@rollingflamespizza.com.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are concerned about how your information is handled.
